This Privacy Policy explains how Sculpt Transformations Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information when clients use the Sculpt Transformations mobile app.

The app is provided for clients of Sculpt Transformations Ltd to manage group class bookings, view booking information and receive service-related notifications.

When you use the app, we may collect and process the following personal information:

• Name
• Email address

• Address
• Class bookings
• Attendance history
• Remaining class credits
• Membership or subscription status
• Cancelled bookings
• Push notification token

Clients may also be asked to complete a PAR-Q or health-related questionnaire as part of joining Sculpt Transformations. This information is not collected within the app and is not stored in the app.

Payment information is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Sculpt Transformations Ltd does not store your full card details within the app.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your client account
• Allow you to book and manage group classes
• Display your class booking history and attendance information
• Manage class credits, memberships and subscriptions
• Send service-related notifications about your bookings or account
• Provide customer support
• Maintain accurate business and client records

3. Registration and access

The app is not available for open public registration. Clients are invited to register using an invite code provided by Sculpt Transformations Ltd.

4. Push notifications

The app uses Firebase to support push notifications. Push notification tokens may be collected so that we can send service-related notifications to your device.

You can control or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use essential service providers, such as Stripe for payment processing and Firebase for push notifications, only where necessary to operate the app and provide our services.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as you have an active account or membership with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, safeguarding, dispute, or business record purposes.
